Most of today was spent doing further work on the proposals and recommendations that have been submitted to the Gathering from across the Congregation. While some of these will come, ultimately, to the floor for decision, others of their nature need to be passed on to the new Congregational Leadership Team or to the Units. In any case, they are all receiving the consideration that they are due, in the belief that the Spirit is given to all.
At the end of the day we folded the normal business of the Gathering for now, and relaxed in a very nice social event. We look ahead to a ‘learning’ day with Diarmuid O’ Mhurchú, on Religious Life in the 21st Century
